USGS Report on Landscape Impacts of Fracking in Pennsylvania

How much science is enough when it comes to preventing pollution? Well, thankfully the good folks at the United States Geological Survey are constantly working to increase the body of science on a host of pressing pollution problems. One of their latest publications, “Landscape Consequences of Natural Gas Extraction in Bradford and Washington Counties, Pennsylvania 2004-2010,” is a cautionary tale for Pennsylvania’s decisionmakers.
