This is done in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding with the Army Corps of Engineers, which prevents the Army Corps from using herbicides in this area.

Each three-mile tour lasts from an hour to an hour and a half. After learning a bit about the river’s role in Wrightsville history and circling Veterans Memorial Bridge, we return to John Wright for pizza and refreshments.
